MICA2 and OPAL Setup – Issues with Study and Dataset Visibility

Hello, I am working at University Medical Center Mainz, where we are currently in the process of setting up MICA2 and OPAL for our various research studies. The installation was completed successfully; however, we have encountered several issues, as outlined below:

o Study and Dataset Display:

The added studies and dataset numbers appear correctly on the Home Page.

However, they do not appear under Repository → Individual Study or within the Search section (Screenshot).

o Administration Panel:

The Individual Studies are not listed under the Administration section.

o File Tab:

The Study List is also missing under File → Individual Tabs.

Please note that in the MICA Demo (https://mica-demo.obiba.org) instance, all these features function correctly, and the studies and datasets are displayed as expected.

We would greatly appreciate your guidance on the proper configuration of studies and datasets. If any additional setup or adjustments are required within the Admin Portal, kindly share your recommendations.

Hi,

Your question is not directly related to Datashield, though this is a good practice to document the harmonized datasets!

Please log an help/support/question issue at Github Mica issues so that the developers at Maelstrom can help you.

Dear Yannick,

Thank you for your kind response. As we recently learned that the OBiBa Google user group is no longer active, I raised my question here instead. I will now create an issue on GitHub as you suggested and look forward to the team’s kind assistance.
