Hi Tristan, we plan to have a priority abstract review for those that may require a visa to participate in the conference this year. Deadline for abstracts will be in April. We are just finalising details of our special sessions and will open abstract submission in the upcoming 2 weeks, with registration opening shortly afterwards. Our abstract submission is an online form. Abstracts are limited to 300 words and there are a range of formats (talk, software / product demo, poster, panel discussion). Please keep an eye for further conference announcements here in the forum or on the LinkedIn page.
