Dear all,
I have a question about the Survival project and profile on the Opal Demo Server (https://opal-demo.obiba.org). I have to initialize the profile daily under Datashield - Profile - Survival - Settings so that all functions are available. Otherwise I keep getting the following error message: “[Client error: (400) Bad request] No such DataSHIELD ‘ASSIGN’ method with name: SurvDS”.
Is this how it’s supposed to be, or is something going wrong during the daily restart?

Has this behaviour just started? I haven’t seen this behaviour before, I will investigate.

I developed a script in June, and at that time I don’t remember having any such problems. Now I wanted to run it again in the middle of last week, and I’ve had the problem ever since.
Some part of the daily R scripts that configures the demo server was obsolete. It should be ok now, I’ll check tomorrow.

Thank you, that seems to have solved the problem. The functions are now available without initializing.
