Opal 4.1 released

Hi,

We are pleased to announce that Opal 4.1 was released. In this version:

  • SQL API : it is possible to run SQL queries from the web interface, the opal R package or a python command,

  • Personal Access Token : read-only (DataSHIELD compatible) scopes and project administration tasks added,

  • Faster data assignment to R (for a better DataSHIELD experience).

Please note that the Debian and RPM packages repository service has changed from bintray (discontinued) to jfrog (obiba.jgrog.io). See instructions for Debian and RPM.
