Dear all, I am new to DataSHIELD and I was planning to use ds.gee function. Unfortunately, it was removed.
I am curious if there is any reason for this change? In addition, I want to know if anyone is actively develop a Generalized Estimation Equation (GEE) function?

@demetris.avraam @swheater I remember we removed this in one of the earlier releases of DataSHIELD, but I can’t remember if we subsequently replaced this with an alternative function?

We removed this function due to some tests failures but we haven’t spent any time to modify the code and add it back to the package. I can add this task in the list of requested developments.
